• The Contract Manager is an active and engaged team member in support of both Project Leads and a trusted advisor to the Project Director(s).
• Set common goals with the contractor(s).
• Create an open culture with the contractor.
• Address mutual risks, ensure flexibility and feasibility for the contractor while adhering to Tenne
  
  T's requirements and standards.
• Support the project team and Procurement in defining contracting strategy and advise / execute MEAT criteria.
• If necessary: support of processing and enforcement of counterclaims / own claims.
• Participation in the drafting of the contract, examination of contracts / specifications and support of contract negotiations.
• Coordination and alignment with the other contract managers.
• Ensuring the uniform interpretation of contractual clauses and treatment of claims and implementation of lessons learned from other projects.
• Regular reporting to the responsible overall project managers (PD / FPD).
• Support of project management and purchasing for contractual issues and correspondence (externally as well as internally).
• Interface to the Asset Management, Claim Management, Supply Chain Management and the Legal Department.
• Support the team on contractual issues, risk and opportunities and assistance in the identification, capture, analysis and tracking of project risks.

• Minimum 4 years experience as Contract Manager for major construction projects.
• Preferably experience in offshore business.
• First experiences with FIDIC yellow or silver book (EPC approach).
• Legal and/or Commercial and/or Technical background / university degree.
• Open and transparent (to-the-point) in the communication.

• As soon as possible.
• The weekly working time is 32 to 40 hours.
• Type of contract is indefinite.
