This also needs a regular reflection on our performance and the continuous development of our business activities.

The LPO Business Team plays a critical role in enabling and supporting the LPO Management Team and the entire LPO community by managing activities around strategy development and implementation, cultural development, and internal communication.

We are looking for an additional team member for our LPO Business Team in the role of Business Management Advisor. This role involves supporting and advising all LPO departments with respect to the implementation of our unit strategy, improvement initiatives, and performance management to ensure that our goals are met. You will work closely with the leadership team to support and advise on strategy implementation, organizational development, and performance management.

Your role involves ensuring the alignment of business activities with the strategic goals of LPO and contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  Lead and support complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Strategy implementation:
  Support and advise all LPO departments on the development and implementation of our unit strategy, ensuring alignment with overall LPO goals, and interface with corporate departments and initiatives.
• Organizational Development:
  Manage organizational development projects including change management initiatives.
• Performance Management:
  Contribute to improvement initiatives (OKRs) and performance management (KPIs) to help achieve unit and report on unit department goals also in preparation of the Unit Performance Dialogues.
• Management Support:
  Advise and coordinate LPO management support tasks such as data analysis, preparing steering committee documentation, business cases and decision proposals.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organization Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least several years of relevant work experience in an international large-scale project organization, including experience as a consultant or as a consultant working for such organizations.
• Proven experience in a similar advisory or management role.
• Experience in strategy implementation, organizational development, and performance management.
• Familiarity with large-scale projects, preferably in the energy sector, is a plus.

• High level of proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbal and written; proficiency in German is advantageous.

• The weekly working time is 40 hours a week.
