KBenP zoekt een senior organisatieadviseur die regie voert op complexe, organisatiebrede ontwikkel- en veranderopgaven. Je helpt de organisatie zich te ontwikkelen richting een lerende en toekomstbestendige organisatie, gericht op mensgericht werkgeverschap en omgevingsgericht werken.
Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling P&O bij circa 50 collega's en werkt 36–40 uur per week, minimaal 3 dagen per week op het Provinciehuis te Arnhem.
