What you’ll do
This role is all about driving growth and closing great deals! You’ll be leading the full sales cycle and building strong relationships with customers to help them get the most out of smart building and workplace solutions. No two days will be the same, but you can expect to be…

Reaching out to new potential customers and learning about their business needs

Running with the full sales process, from first contact through to closing the deal

Putting together smart sales and account plans to land high-value opportunities

Building long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders

Heading to industry events to grow your network and spread the word about what we do

Requirements / Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales

Know your way around Prop Tech, smart buildings, or workplace tech

Consistently hit, or surpass, your sales targets

Enjoy putting together smart accounts, business, and closing plans

Have a knack for turning complex tech into clear business value

Take a consultative approach to selling and love solving real business problems
