Food & Beverage Sales Area Manager – Supply Chain Assurance services

DNV Business Assurance is looking for a highly motivated Sales Area Manager to support the business development of Supply Chain Assurance (SCA) services within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry and the assigned territory (BENELUX, Germany, UK).
The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong sales skills, excellent market analysis capabilities, and a strategic mindset.
Experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry or Auditing firms is a must.
ONLY applications from resources who have already gained previous experience in offering second-party audit services and managing key clients in the F&B sector will be considered.
The position reports to the F&B Sales Manager Europe.

BENELUX or London, UK

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze the F&B market of the pertinent area to understand trends, general outlook, development opportunities, potential customers and competitors’ strategy.
Ensure the achievement of the individual sales targets assigned.
Responsible for implementing sales actions through the development of prospects and existing F&B key customers.
Follow up leads and opportunities coming from the different channels.
Ensure DNV visibility within F&B industry.
Ensure strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting to support business planning and target achievement.
Contribute to developing and maintaining a network of channels in F&B industry with the aim of nurturing the lead generation activities.
Take part in local communication initiatives (external events, trade shows, conferences, workshops, etc.).
