We are expanding into the Greater Annapolis area with our new office centrally located in Arnold, Maryland and seeking an experienced and professional Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing office operations, supporting client and caregiver relations, managing scheduling, and handling billing, payroll, and recruitment. This role is essential to maintaining a professional and efficient workplace where your contributions make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, maintain a professional environment, and track key performance data.
- Customer Service: Respond to phone inquiries, support clients and caregivers, coordinate communication, and participate in community networking.
- Scheduling: Organize and coordinate caregiver schedules, resolve conflicts or emergencies, and ensure timesheets are accurate.
- Billing & Accounts: Prepare and process invoices, maintain records for LTC and other payor programs, track receivables and payables.
- Payroll & Recruitment: Verify payroll, assist with hiring and onboarding caregivers, maintain employee records, and attend recruitment events.
- Clerical Duties: Prepare client/caregiver files, manage office documents, and perform general administrative tasks.
- Previous Office Manager/Administrator experience required.
- Knowledge/experience as a caregiver and senior care practices a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with Wellsky software a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook with the ability to learn other software programs quickly.

Full-Time
Compensation$45,000 - $55,000 per year.
