Reconstruction Estimator

Our franchise is seeking a highly motivated professional who can manage reconstruction projects and provide excellent communication with customers, subcontractors, and insurers.

Plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers involved in reconstruction services.

• Write estimates for reconstruction projects
• Evaluate and sell projects
• Educate customers on process
• Identify and document project scope of work
• Maintain customer and client communications
• Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
• Ensure proper permits are acquired when needed
• Create project schedule, timeline, and budget
• Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
• Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients

• Experience with insurance claims in some capacity
• Superb customer service track record
• Effective written and oral communication
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• Xactimate knowledge required
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
