At VWC, we believe in “Empowering Exceptional Health and Wellness in communities.” Since 2014, we’ve been delivering holistic care including Physical, Massage, and Acupuncture therapies. Our modern facility in Arnold, MD offers 4 private treatment rooms and a spacious therapy gym.

As a PRN OTA, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients, while supporting our mission. This is a flexible, on‑call position — perfect for professionals looking to make an impact without committing to full‑time hours.

• Deliver hands‑on care in collaboration with our OT team.
• Guide and motivate patients in their therapy plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Communicate clearly with staff and patients.
• Manage a caseload of up to 12 patients per day when scheduled.
• Uphold all federal, state, and local regulations and VWC’s SOPs.

• Current Maryland OTA license.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
