Home Health Speech Language Pathologist - per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist located in Arnold, Maryland. This part‑time position serves seniors across 1–2 communities within Anne Arundel County, providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients so they can remain in their homes.

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and continually revise a treatment plan based on the evaluation, physician’s orders, and recommended goals, and participate in multidisciplinary care planning.
• Educate patients, family members, or other representatives in rehabilitative care and activities to promote health, safety, and independent living.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet EMR.

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland.
• ASHA certificate of clinical competence in speech (or equivalent educational and experiential qualifications).
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Base pay ranges from $66.00 to $70.00 per point, depending on qualifications.
