Community Integration Specialist-PRP

We're currently seeking a compassionate individual to join our team in the Severn
Region's,
Arnold, MD's Day Program (PRP) location. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating activities, facilitating rehabilitation groups, and providing case management for adult consumers attending our day program.

Full-Time:
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm

Valid driver’s license required; daily use of 15-passenger van

• Coordinate activities and provide skills training
• Facilitate rehabilitation groups and individual meetings
• Drive 15-passenger vans daily for transportation needs

• Ability to drive a 15-passenger van and maintain a valid driver’s license - MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening!
• Experience using an eHR system for documentation
• Bachelor's or 3 years of experience in mental health field preferred
• Experience providing skills training in residential or day program settings

• Pay Range : $20.56/hour - $23.02/hour, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for overtime. Salary calculated based on education and experience.
• Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance) and paid training.

  New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked).

  Full-Time employees receive 8 paid holidays per year, with overtime if required to work. Part-Time employees are eligible for overtime if required to work on holidays.
