LOCATION: 1286 Bay Dale Drive, Arnold, MD 21012. This locally owned, brand new studio is located in Bay Hills Shopping Center.

BUILD SOMETHING FROM THE START: Alloy Personal Training Broadneck is seeking an experienced, certified fitness professional to lead the launch of our Broadneck studio in Arnold, MD, as its Founding Studio Director.
This leadership opportunity is for someone who can build a team, grow a membership community, drive sales, and create an exceptional experience from a member’s first conversation through every stage of their fitness journey. You’ll be the face and day-to-day leader of the studio in Arnold, taking ownership of its performance, team, culture, and member experience.
Our studio is located in Bay Hills Shopping Center on Bay Dale Drive, serving Arnold and the broader Broadneck community, with access to prospective members across Annapolis and Severna Park.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY: As Founding Studio Director, you will help establish the studio before opening and lead it as the business grows. You’ll work with ownership to turn launch plans into action, build local relationships and partnerships, hire and develop a strong team, and create the systems and culture that keep members engaged.
YOU WILL OWN:
- Founding membership sales, consultations, follow-up, conversion, and retention
- Local outreach, partnerships, events, and community visibility
- Member onboarding, engagement, retention, and referrals
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and development of studio staff
- Daily operations, service standards, and the member experience
- Studio goals, key performance indicators, and financial performance
- A positive, accountable culture for both members and employees
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead presale and opening efforts in partnership with ownership
- Build a consistent sales process and personally connect with prospective members
- Develop relationships with local businesses, wellness professionals, and community organizations
- Follow through on local partnerships, outreach, and events to turn relationships into studio visits and memberships
- Hire, onboard, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, studio presentation, and daily operations
- Track sales, membership, retention, and other performance measures; act on what the numbers show
- Resolve member concerns promptly and strengthen long-term relationships
- Support the coaching team in delivering a consistent, high-quality Alloy Broadneck experience
- Represent Alloy Broadneck at local events and throughout the community
ABOUT YOU:
- You hold a current, nationally recognized personal training or group exercise certification from an accredited or widely recognized organization, such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, NCSF, NCCPT, or a comparable credential. Certification is required.
- You have 3–5+ years of experience in fitness sales, studio management, personal training leadership, or a comparable role
- You have a record of growing memberships, developing people, and delivering an exceptional member experience
- You’re comfortable owning goals, reviewing performance data, and adjusting your approach
- You can confidently lead consultations, follow up with prospects, and ask for the sale
