Registered Nurse; RN - Home Health - per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Arnold, Maryland.

Full‑time RN opportunity working Monday–Friday between 8:30am–5pm in Annapolis and South Anne Arundel County. $5,000 sign‑on bonus for full time. Flexible schedules and 1:1 care provide a great work/life balance.

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
• Make home visits to clients within the designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Execute and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet

• Current RN license in Maryland
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent time‑management skills
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred (but not required)

Base pay: $55.00–$62.00 per point, depending on qualifications.
