Location: Arnold, MD

You do not need pool experience. You do need to be reliable, physically strong, and ready to hustle.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain residential pools
- Balance pool water chemistry
- Vacuum and service pools every visit (no cutting corners)
- Learn pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and automation
- Learn pool openings and closings during busy season
- Work efficiently from house to house with your route
This is active work. You will be on your feet most of the day.
Qualifications- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Physically fit (lifting 50 lbs, moving equipment, working outdoors)
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Coachable and willing to learn
Valid driver's license and excellent driving record - Comfortable working 50+ hours during busy season (April-June, Sept-Oct)
- Full-time, W-2 employment
- Starting pay: $20 to $23/hr, based on experience
- Overtime paid at 1.5x the hourly rate
- Health insurance (50% employer paid for employee)
- Paid leave accrued at one hour per 30 worked hours
- SIMPLE IRA match after two years of employment
- Raises available as skills progress through training
- Extensive hands‑on training
