AboutThe Role
Shelby Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a friendly, organized Part‑Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Arnold. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, multitasking, and working in a fast‑paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist walk‑in customers – provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule inspections, sales appointments, and production work.
- Maintain accurate job files, project data, and digital records.
- Assist with preparing estimates, proposals, and customer communications.
- Track job progress and coordinate with sales, production, and crews.
- Process incoming mail, invoices, and documents.
- Assist with collections, deposits, and payment posting as needed.
- Order office supplies and support general office operations.
- Maintain a professional and positive company image.
- Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.
- 20–30 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule available.
- $18–$24 per hour based on experience.
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred (roofing ideal but not required).
- Excellent work ethic with a proven history of dependable attendance.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Quick Books Desktop experience is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software;
Leap CRM experience is a plus. - Must be comfortable learning new software and technology.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
