As an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the trusted professional our guests rely on for assistance with their vehicles. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.
Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility. Responsibilities include building repair estimates and advising the guest on repairs and maintenance using our CBA presentation standards,
- Current driver’s licenses
- Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier
- Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications
- Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role
