We are looking to expand our growing business.
Classification of work includes:
* Foundation Repair (crack injections, installing piers, and anchors, etc.)
* Waterproofing (Interior drainage systems, exterior drainage, downspouts, sump sumps, etc.)
Daily tasks required:
* Showing up on time
* Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner
* Cleaning and preparing construction sites
* Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
* Digging, back filling, installing material
* Following instructions from supervisors
Requirements:
* Must have a driver's license or state (reliable transportation to work required)
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
* Ability to work in all weather
* Workers must be punctual and reliable
* Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required
Job Perks:
* Starting salary dependent on prior experience
* Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $6.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production (after 90 days)
* Starting wage will be evaluated after 90 days probation period. Most employees will receive a raise after 90 days of good performance.

* Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM schedule.
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
