We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Arnold, United States. In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our organization, delivering exceptional service to every customer interaction. * Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and patience
* Take accurate customer orders and process transactions with attention to detail
* Complete cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all financial interactions
* Provide customers with an outstanding service experience that exceeds expectations and builds loyalty
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and consistent service quality
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all company standards and procedures
* Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs as needed during daily operations
* Follow all directions and company policies with precision and professionalism

Qualifications
* Ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures

* Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
