You Will Do In This Role
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
- Serve debit/credit card and fraud calls, including transaction inquiries, account maintenance, and fraud claim follow‑up.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
- Prepare accurate work notes and document all interactions in the call‑tracking database.
- Track, document, and retrieve information as required for payment disputes, fraud prevention, and collections.
- Ensure service meets contractual Key Performance Indicators.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional listening and relationship‑building skills.
- Creative problem‑solving ability.
- Minimum of 6 months customer‑service experience.
- Preferred experience in banking or credit‑card services.
- Strong PC and computer navigation skills.
- Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking and resiliency in a metric‑driven environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence, and located near 1900 Meyer Drury Drive, Arnold, MO 63010.
- $17 per hour base salary plus performance incentives.
