Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Attendant to join our team. While working for us you will enjoy a fun environment while building lasting relationships with coworkers and guests.

Job Summary

Front Desk Attendants perform various functions for the Company including but not limited to: manage customer traffic, light cleaning, stocking, exceptional customer service to deliver a great experience for our guests, oversee all aspects of beer sales during shifts. The Front Desk Attendant also contributes to the overall safety and security of the Company by reporting maintenance needs, following safety rules, and assisting in emergency situations.

Starting pay is $14/hour plus tips.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Attending to guests.
  • Manage customer traffic.
  • Assist and respond to all guests' inquiries.
  • Resolving guests' concerns or complaints.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during every guest encounter.
  • Display a professional attitude, greet guests promptly with a smile, and thank them when they leave.
  • General duties and cleaning to be assigned by the manager.
  • Manage a very small snack bar menu (popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate).
  • IDing guests when purchasing alcohol.
  • Keep beer inventory up to date.
Qualifications
  • Must have a professional, warm, and approachable disposition.
  • Fluently read, write, and speak English.
  • Excellent time management skills, problem solving skills and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to remain level-headed in hectic and tense situations.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work various days and hours as needed by the Company.
  • Exhibits a positive attitude and is flexible.
  • Meets attendance and tardiness exceptions outlined in policy.
  • Must consent to background check and drug screening.
Work Environment

This job operates in a professional, fun, relaxing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, printers, tablets and a POS System.

Physical Demands
  • Occasionally remaining in a stationary position which may be standing or sitting for a prolonged period of time.
  • Occasional travel or moving from one business location to another.
  • Frequent physical movement within the entire area of the business.
