The Role

As a Teacher at My Tiny Treasures LLC, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. You will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive classroom environment, and support the developmental needs of each child.

• - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
• - Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• - Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• - Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning community.
• - Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
• - Maintain a safe and organized classroom that supports learning and exploration.
• - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

• - Proven experience as a teacher or in a similar educational role.
• - Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
• - Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.

• - Certification in early childhood education or a related field.
• - Experience with special education or diverse learning needs.
• - Familiarity with educational technology and tools.
• -Computer software experience and/or knowledge
