With approximately $395 million in assets, Arsenal Credit Union, located in Arnold, Missouri, is actively recruiting to replace their long-time retiring President/CEO. The board of directors is seeking a senior financial services executive that will work with them to grow the financial strength of the credit union, establish the strategic vision and initiatives of the organization moving forward, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to reach strategic targets, ensure exceptional financial performance, and provide proven leadership qualities through evaluating, coaching, and mentoring leadership teams. The successful candidate will have 10 plus years of management experience within a retail banking environment, possess strong strategic analytical skills, and have a holistic understanding of credit union financials and operations.
