Responsibilities

• Originate and manage a pipeline of residential mortgage loans
• Consult with borrowers to assess needs and recommend appropriate products
• Collect, review, and submit complete, compliant loan files
• Partner with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure timely approvals
• Maintain thorough knowledge of mortgage regulations, products, and guidelines
• Develop referral relationships with realtors, builders, and community partners
• Achieve individual production, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
• Represent Midland States Bank in community and financial education events
