• Explain branch cash-handling, payment processing, and point-of-sale procedures
• Promote the company's performance-driven, compliance-focused culture and advancement opportunities
• Collaborate with branch and recruiting teams to identify strong candidates for open roles
• Represent the brand professionally to underbanked consumers and community members
