Position: Level 1 Medication Aide (L1MA)
Cedarhurst Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care services including medicine distribution to residents according to an individualized plan of care.;
Observe residents and communicate condition changes to physicians, health care proxies, and supervisors with timely interventions.;
Document all pertinent observations, incidents, interventions, and daily medication administration as assigned.;
Pass information to the next shift and ensure documentation by Resident Assistants for quality resident care.;
Administer and document medications in accordance with the five rights (right medication, route, resident, time, dose) and monitor glucose/insulin as applicable.
