Overview
Kentro is seeking a qualified candidate to identify and troubleshoot customer issues on the content management system, with expertise in permissions, API, and web parts. The role involves applying web styling languages and applications across multiple systems including Microsoft SharePoint, and requires knowledge of associated admin and server components.
Responsibilities- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues on the content management system (permissions, API, web parts).
- Utilize web styling languages and applications (e.g., XML parsing, XSLT, CSS, Web Services and REST) across multiple systems including Microsoft SharePoint.
- Apply results of web usability testing to the development of applications and websites (e.g., usability studies, personas, participatory design, surveys, heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs).
- 8-12 years of relevant experience; academic degrees may be substituted for years of experience (2 years of school = 1 year of experience).
- Demonstrated experience using web design software (e.g., Adobe Master Collection CS6/Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision Studio).
- Experience designing products for front-end development and web applications (wireframes, low and high-fidelity mock-ups, click-through prototypes).
- Experience applying best practices for improving web accessibility and usability with usability tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Framer, Adobe XD).
- Experience creating, editing, organizing, and storing digital file formats (e.g., TIFF, GIF, PNG, PDF, JPG, SVG, HTML, CSS).
- Experience implementing industry standards for user experience methodologies, design resources, and web best practices.
- Experience researching and/or implementing 18F US Web Design Standards Framework.
- Experience researching or implementing best practices for web accessibility, usability, or technical implementation.
- Active TS/SCI with willingness to take CI Poly; must be a US citizen.
