Sunday – Friday Morning | 11:45 PM – 8:00 AM Starting Pay: $17.00/hr

This is a hands-on manufacturing position requiring previous machine operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and reliable attendance.

PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility located in Arnold, MO. This role is ideal for individuals with experience troubleshooting equipment, monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production goals
• Perform machine start-ups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor product quality and make necessary process corrections
• Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or production concerns
• Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and specifications
• Complete machine changeovers and setup activities as assigned
• Maintain production records and end-of-shift documentation
• Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and team members to ensure efficient production
• Perform routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company quality and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, or process technician experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to identify quality issues and make process adjustments
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and production requirements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining productivity

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift materials
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and machine noise
• Overtime may be required based on production demands
