Vinyl Dip Molding Equipment Operator

Summary: Responsible for setting up and operating specialized vinyl dip molding equipment. Inspects products for quality and compliance with specifications, removes completed parts, and packages. Carry out supervisory responsibilities as assigned by the Shift Team Captain or Production Manager.

• Ability to read and interpret product specifications and instructions
• Experience in adjusting process controls and maintaining machine settings
• Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection plans
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks

• Reads Production Card for product specifications and determines sequence of operations
• Adjusts process controls to achieve part quality and production rates
• Removes finished product and packages according to specifications
• Maintains machine settings and inspects finished products for quality
• Suggests Continuous Improvement or Corrective Action activities
• Responsible for housekeeping in work area and plant-wide

• 1st Shift
  - Monday-Friday 7 am to 3 pm
• 2nd Shift
  - Monday-Friday 3 pm to 11 pm
• 3rd Shift
  - Sunday-Thursday 11 pm to 7 am
