SSM Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Urgent Care team in Arnold. This role offers a fast‑paced, supportive environment where you’ll make a meaningful impact on the health and well‑being of our community.

• Schedule:3x12‑hour shifts/week (variable), open M‑F 8a‑8p
• Weekend Rotation:Every 3rd weekend
• Call Requirement:2 days every 4 weeks (as needed)
• Compensation:Competitive hourly rate + shift differential
• Support:Thrive AP program enrollment, strong teamwork, and excellent support staff

• Education:Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (accredited program)
• Licensure:Current RN and unrestricted NP license in Missouri (or willingness to obtain)
• Certification:Family Nurse Practitioner
• Experience:Minimum 1 year in Urgent Care or Primary Care in a fast‑paced setting; confident in treating acute illnesses/injuries (e.g., URIs, lacerations, sprains, fractures)
