Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced nurse for a travel nursing assignment.

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• Must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).
• Will require floating to multiple units.
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living < 50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:

• Required Skills/
  
  Experience:
  
  1 year Med Surg, inpatient only.
• Special Requests:
  Blocked scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements. RTO of 5 days or less must make up the week on the back end. Holiday RTO: can request only 1 per assignment.
• Unit Details:
  Medical patients, including post-trauma, post-surgical, and patients with medical comorbidities. Uses bladder scanner, vein finder, IV pumps, and wound vacs.
• Shift & Scheduling:
  Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Every other weekend as required by facility. No call. Night shift orients on day shift; traveler must be available the entire week for orientation.
• Floating Requirements:
  As needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit.

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW:
This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted eduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 references required from within the last 12 months.
