Landscape Crew Member with a Class E License

WKF Landscape Members are an essential part of the team, responsible for handling stock, deliveries, plant care , full lawn care and being a floral helper at times This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work, with a focus on building and maintaining high-quality landscapes with tropical twist. You, the Crew Member, will contribute to creating breathtaking outdoor spaces, demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, with dedication to customer satisfaction.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Class E License (For Hire) CDL License is a plus
• Familiarity in Landscaping, Skid Loaders, Commercial Mowers is a plus
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, and safely lift weights 50 lbs or greater
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Collaborate with Crew to complete routes efficiently and with the highest quality
• Operate equipment and tools in accordance with safety guidelines
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized job sites
• Participate actively in team tasks
• Holiday installations
• Care for and maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Perform additional duties, such as floral helper, plant care technician
• Occasional weekend work, and overtime (more around floral holidays)

Some of our projects consist of Six Flags Theme Parks, SLU, St Louis Zoo, and some of those unique neighborhood projects. Some of our other locations: WKF Main Campus, St Louis MO which features a Design Studio for Florals, Christmas Showroom, Wholesale Florist (Harold's Wholesale), Retail Florist, Delivery Hub and Garden Center with Plant Design Studio.
