Quality & Part Inspector
PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring a Quality & Part Inspector for one of our clients located in Arnold, MO a leading manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding, CNC machining, and precision manufacturing. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term potential with a well-established company.
Schedule:
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 11:45 PM – 8:00 AM
- Overtime is mandatory as needed
Pay &
Location:
- $18.50/hr
- Arnold, MO
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality and part inspections on manufactured components
- Visually and manually inspect parts for defects, inconsistencies, and specifications
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Accurately document inspection results and follow quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with production teams to support overall quality goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of quality or part inspection experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Dependable with a strong attendance record
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or deviations.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes, quality management systems, and QA/QC procedures.
- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
