The hourly wage for this position will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. They maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
