Job Description
Domino's Pizza in Arnold, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction
* Assist in managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing store performance
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and operational efficiency
* Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
* Oversee cash management and daily financial reporting
* Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Participate in hands-on food preparation and delivery operations as needed
Qualifications
* Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience
* Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
* Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
* Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Basic math and computer skills for inventory management and reporting
* Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in handling various situations
* Food safety knowledge (preferred)
* Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service (preferred)
* High school diploma or equivalent
