We’re looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative/Estimator to join our team and help homeowners and businesses find the best roofing solutions for their needs.

• Meet with customers to assess roofing needs, inspect roof systems, and identify repair or replacement solutions
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and scopes of work
• Educate customers on roofing options, materials, and warranties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and vendors
• Follow up on leads and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
• Collaborate with production and office staff to ensure smooth project handoff
• Track activity in CRM or sales software and provide timely reporting
• Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and integrity

• Previous experience in roofing, construction, estimating, or outside sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs as needed
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Computer literate (CRM, email, basic estimating tools)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Self motivated, goal oriented, and customer focused
