Must Haves
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable HVAC field experience
- EPA Certification

Core Responsibilities
- Independently diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners
- Accurately document work in service software
- Maintain organized truck inventory and proper job materials
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
HVAC Service Technician Preferred Background & Skills

- Experience servicing heat pumps and high-efficiency systems
- Experience working in residential-only environments
