Chargé De Facturation (F/H)

You will be attached to the Head of the AVD & Invoicing Department. You will be involved in the invoicing and commercial follow-up of your portfolio in collaboration with the Finance, Sales, and Operations departments.

Your main duties are:

• Ensure the invoicing of your client portfolio:
• Collect all general data and specific information impacting the invoice content;
• If necessary, perform the steps with the Operations department to collect the missing information;
• Detect any anomalies or inconsistencies, correct them in liaison with the concerned services;
• Draw up the invoice in accordance with the internal process;
• Verify the strict compliance of the data;
• Control and validate the invoices;
• Ensure their issuance to the client and their proper receipt;
• Transmit the service provider invoices to the Accounting department.
• Carry out post-invoicing analyses;
• Manage any client and supplier disputes related to invoicing;
• Participate in the improvement of invoicing processes;
• Contribute to maintaining a good commercial relationship with the client;
• Collaborate with the company's various services to ensure the reliability of the invoiced data.

With a degree in management, accounting, finance, at least a Bac level to Bac+3, you have successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.

The position may also be open to recent graduates with significant internship experience.

You have knowledge of accounting rules. You are proficient with invoicing-related software tools (ERP, Excel). You are a force of proposal and enjoy working in a team. You like to take on challenges and improve what exists. Since the position involves being in contact with many internal and external stakeholders, you have very good interpersonal skills, you are customer service oriented, and you like to develop long-lasting relationships.
