+ Employee has the willingness and ability to perform additional duties and responsibilities in different areas of the department on an as-needed basis or as determined by management.

+ Maintains good attendance and punctuality.

+ Consistently projects positive professional image through appearance and behavior.

+ Completes all required intra-operative documentation, i.e., operative record, charge sheets, implant records, pathology slips, etc., per policy and procedure. Documents any unusual occurrence on an incident trending report.

+ Assists with application to tourniquet.

+ Assist with the positioning, prepping and draping of the patient or perform these independently.

* + Graduate of an accredited RN program

+ 2 years Perioperative Practice

+ Registered Nurse: CA RN License

+ Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days

+ Pediatric Advanced Life Support - PALS, within 90 Days

** Preferred*
* + Bachelors Of Science Nursing

+ Certified Nurse Operating Room - CNOR
