This role is for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing in-home care to pediatric and adult patients.
Key Responsibilities Include- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Providing skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitoring physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Collecting, analyzing, and documenting healthcare data and nursing diagnoses.
- Current LVN license in the practice state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
Strong assessment, documentation, and patient care skills, with the ability to evaluate patient conditions effectively. The role involves working flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, across various locations.
