Seasonal Retail Position

Seasonal positions will be added to our stores staffing headcount during peak seasons. IE;
Spring and Winter. These positions will expire at 90 days. A seasonal employee will be utilized in any department within the store in which there is a need. This is a great opportunity to show your commitment and performance abilities. Based on your performance review, after your 90 days of employment ends, you may continue to be a candidate for employment when future seasonal positions open or a permanent position opens up and you decide to apply.

Ability to work various shifts as required including weekends, evenings and holidays. Continuous training and development on products and services, through hands on and online trainings. Protect customer information per company policy and State law. Maintain confidentiality.

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or other work environment involving contact with the public.

• Ability to lift 40 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the departments within the store. Physical activities include using hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis.
• Adherence to Company policy and procedures is required.
• Regular attendance is required.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic Math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others.
