Summary

Specializing in Healthcare/OSHPD/HCAI, Federal, Public Works, Education, and Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects, this company has earned a strong reputation for exceeding industry standards and delivering high-quality results. With a growing workforce of over 50 employees, they are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects with a focus on performance, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure timely project completion
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance
- Coordinate communication among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor progress and performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Lead procurement efforts, including material purchasing and subcontractor negotiations
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold quality control standards
- Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, including RFIs, change orders, reports, and budget tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management
- JOC (Job Order Contracting) project experience is required
- Strong understanding of construction processes and industry best practices
- Proficiency in tools such as Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and team coordination skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, technical documents, and specifications
- Proven problem-solving ability with the capacity to make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards (OSHA certification preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines with attention to detail
