V&S Water Damage Restoration is hiring a Water Damage Project Manager to lead and coordinate emergency restoration services for residential and commercial clients.
This is a full-time, on-call position requiring flexibility for 24/7 emergency service dispatch, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first responder to assess water damage and determine the scope of work.
- Perform moisture readings and document findings with site photos.
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment in accordance with IICRC standards.
- Extract standing water and remove damaged materials when necessary.
- Provide professional and courteous communication with customers throughout the job.
- Conduct daily moisture check-ups and document progress.
- Ensure projects meet drying standards and complete equipment removal once finished.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or water damage restoration.
- IICRC Certification – Required.
- Strong English communication skills (Spanish bilingual a plus).
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Tech-savvy; able to use apps/software for job documentation.
- Office or admin experience is a plus.
- Job Type: Full-time with flexible schedule – occasional evenings/weekends for emergency response.
- Pay: Earn Avg. $45K–$55K annually + performance-based commissions (Avg. $45K–$55K annually).
- Schedule: On-call, must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Location: Artesia, CA (on-site role only)
