Client Success Trainee (Remote – 1099, Performance-Based Income)

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Client Success Trainee to join our growing team. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with performance-based, 100% commission income. • Learn how to onboard new clients and ensure a positive experience from day one
• Support clients with product or service questions and help resolve concerns
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video meetings
• Identify client needs and coordinate internally to deliver the right solutions
• Track all client interactions and activity using company systems
• Participate in ongoing training and development with the client success team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and eager to provide excellent service
• Organized with strong time management and follow-through
• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
• Self-motivated and coachable with strong attention to detail
• Customer service or office experience is helpful but not required

• Independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential (100% commission)
