As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to assist patients in their rehabilitation process. You will help patients improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability through various therapeutic exercises and modalities.

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Instruct and supervise patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Administer modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy.
• Document and track patients' progress during therapy sessions.
• Communicate with patients and their families to provide education and support.

• Associate's degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• State licensure or certification as a physical therapy assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and strength to assist patients with exercises and activities.
