Must ensure the buildings are tidy, clean and well‑maintained.

• Comply with company Safety Policies and Procedures
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
• Waxing furniture and cleaning fixtures
• Disposing of trash and emptying trash receptacles
• Keeping buildings free from indoor pests
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning agents and equipment
• Ensuring equipment and lights are switched off, and premises are locked after hours
• Collaborating with contract cleaning services
• Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility
• Other duties as assigned.

Job conditions require standing, walking, sitting, twisting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, working in confined spaces, talking or hearing, making visual inspections, making precise hand and finger movements, reaching or grasping, lifting and/or carrying up to 50 lbs, pushing and/or pulling up to 50 lbs, climbing up to 200 ft, perceiving color differences, ability to wear personal protective equipment (beards not permitted), and strenuous physical activity.

Education – no minimum education requirements.

Experience – Previous janitorial or custodial experience in the industrial industry. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on foot for extended periods. Knowledge of safe chemical handling and cleaning procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Certification/License – Any photo .
