Role Overview

* Flexible part-time,1 day/week schedule (preferred)

* Post-acute care inpatient setting

* On-call during the day Monday through Friday

* Day call only on days covering

What You'll Do

* Deliver comprehensive primary care

* Manage acute and chronic conditions

* Develop personalized care plans

* Integrate and work closely with the IDT

* Partner and work collaboratively with Team Health physicians

Who We Are Looking For

* New or experienced clinicians

* FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA

* Active New Mexico NP/PA license

* Active DEA preferred but not required

Compensation

Our compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated range of $26,139 to $31,367 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This role is not eligible for benefits.
