PROtect LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Compliance Administrator to support LDAR (Leak Detection and Repair) database management, environmental reporting, and regulatory compliance within an industrial facility environment. This role ensures accurate data entry, emissions reporting, and compliance with EPA regulations.
Position PurposeThe Data Compliance Administrator is responsible for maintaining and validating LDAR monitoring databases, supporting QA/QC programs, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations such as EPA Method 21 and 40 CFR 60/63. This position owns the digital record‑keeping system used to track equipment components, leak detection results, repairs, calibration records, and emissions reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update LDAR and environmental compliance databases (Sky Bridge)
- Enter, validate, and audit monitoring data and repair documentation
- Utilize Sky Bridge to review, analyze, and verify data integrity
- Support QA/QC programs, calibration tracking, and audit preparation
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi‑annual emissions reports
- Ensure compliance with EPA regulations (Method 21, 40 CFR 60/63, BWON)
- Communicate with field technicians, site management, and clients regarding compliance data
- Assist with scheduling monitoring routes and inspections
- Support LDAR staff training documentation and competency tracking
- 5+ years of LDAR experience in refinery or chemical plant environments
- Strong knowledge of EPA environmental regulations and compliance programs
- Experience using Sky Bridge or similar LDAR database systems
- Experience with environmental reporting and QA/QC processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Reporting to an onsite industrial facility location
- No travel required
- Must be willing to wear respiratory protection when on site
- Ability to work in industrial environments as needed
- U.S. Citizenship required
