As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.

• Starting hourly pay $12.00‑$14.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
• Paid training: live instruction and virtual classroom.

• Variable schedule. Average weekly hours 13‑20.
• Availability required during major holidays and weekends.
• Support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products, communicate with supervisors, complete reports, surveys, and ensure proper display.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas; may work on holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture build, relocation of card departments; notified two weeks in advance; may include evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration: support other merchandisers when needed.

High energy and sense of urgency. Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, step ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.
