Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)

• Perform routine building maintenance and general repairs
• Repair structural damage including doors, windows, and walls
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and damaged fixtures
• Perform electrical maintenance including replacing light bulbs, outlets, and repairing circuit breaker panels
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure proper operation
• Inspect and repair heating and plumbing systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize future repairs
• Identify and correct potential safety hazards Perform painting, carpentry, and general upkeep as needed
• Maintain outdoor areas and landscaping when required
• Inspect fire and alarm systems and coordinate repairs when necessary
• Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned

Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• Experience in general building maintenance Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
