Field Technician II

Hoover Energy Services has openings for Field Technician II to help expand our efforts in the fast paced, and growing oil and gas market in the Permian Basin of West Texas and New Mexico.

Ideal candidate would have experience in the following:

Learning wiring Pump Panels w/understanding of options and reasoning why Learning to wire PLC Panel w/ understanding of why it’s wired the way it is Learning PD Meters /review manuals, videos and basic theory

Learning Divert Valves End Device Troubleshooting Basic Electrical Troubleshooting Able To Rebuild Pumps (Different Types)
General LACT Troubleshooting and repair

Back Pressure Valve Rebuild Clean and Zero Mags + Coriolis Able To Troubleshoot Sampling System On LACTInstall and Repair DBBInstall or Remove Valves. Rebuild Divert Valve or Replace. Be able to communicate verbally and in writing to other team members, as well as customers.. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Be able to pass a physical and drug screen including random drug screening..

Candidate must have a clean driving record.

Experience:

2+ years of experience as a Pump Technician/Pump Repair/Field Service Benefits include:
