Rig Operator – Oilfield:

This is a hands‑on oilfield position where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining well‑servicing rigs, supervising crews, and ensuring safe operations on‑site. What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience working on a well‑servicing rig (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience as a relief operator (preferred)
• Must be able to successfully perform the duties of Floor Hand III and Derrick Hand
• Valid driver’s license or CDL (or ability to obtain one)
• Competent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules and operate well‑servicing equipment

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical rig systems
• Experience with Blowout Preventer (BOP) inspections and testing
• Ability to train and mentor crew members
• Experience with pump and tank operations
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, HSE Management Platforms)
